View Full Version : BBS CHs finally fitted
I have had the BBS CHs sitting in my garage for god knows how long and yesterday decided to get them fitted and oh man they look hot as hell on the car!!! :str8pimp:
Now I just need some BBS bolts and centre caps to finish off the look, so if anyone knows where I can get some for reasonable money please let me know.

What suspension setup have you gone for?
Just springs this time, not going into coilovers as ocst based on how it was used made it a waste of money

Do you think the eibach pro kit would give me this?
Yep pro kit would do that drop, might be slightly lower on the rear....

Why would it be lower at the back? On the eibach website it says that the drop would 30mm all round. I know my car would be lower at the back but thats coz of all the ice thats in there.

Looks good Mud, say no to red centrecaps though (all the Americans love them, but looks like a clowns nose to me).
Yeah not the red ones mate, am after the black CF look ones, just not sure about how I am supposed to know which size I need??

Yeah the site may well say that but it aint really true, that would only happen on a car with spanking new suspension on it.
Generally the rear suspension gives alittle first (dont know why) so thats why it sits lower on the rear, plus now as you mentioned your ICE too.

Black CF ones like mine :cool:
Does it not have the size on the back of them?
What the cap size i need is on the back of the rims??

No. I mean on the back of the caps.
Yeah but I never had any caps with mine, so how do I know which size I need?
Isn't it a simple measurement exercise?
Are they staggered? Looking good though regardless. Not sure if it's angle /trick of the light or just not lowered yet, but you can get away with a much lower profile tyre, will look sick

It is I guess, but I've never actually known which bit you shold be measuring: the diamter of the face or the diameter of the clips on the back.
Mud why don't you call up PW Motorsport and ask them? Sure they will know..
I aint sure Fas, I guess I can just measure the space on the alloys and see what the figure is and go from there.
Yep they are staggered.
I had 10mm spacers on the rear which really made them look meaner and filled the arches batter, but the bolts where too long, so had to take them off.
I think I will go with 10mm spacers on the front and 12mm on the rear and see how it looks then, should give it a really flushed look

I NEVER read fast car but what a coincidence that one of my mates brought a copy to the pub he's had sat in his car for a bit and not read so he dug it out last night and I had a browse only to spot a cheekily placed astra on white BBS rims :P Busted.
